| When will my vibration plate be delivered? | Once we have received your order, you will be contacted by a member of our delivery team, usually within 48hours, who will organise a time that is suitable to you, to deliver and install your machine |
| 48 hours have passed from placing my order and I have not heard anything | We advise that you wait at least 48 hours before contacting us about your delivery, in the unlikely event that you have not been contacted after 48 hours please contact our client service team

| Can I stipulate where the vibration plate is located by the delivery man? | Whilst we endeavour to place your plate in a place convenient to you, due to the size of the machine and for health and safety reasons we only install on the ground floor, where there is sufficient space to do so safely |
| Can my machine be taken upstairs on delivery if I ask? | We would ask that you do not request this as our delivery service is not permitted on the grounds of health and safety |
| Is it safe to move my vibration plate to different locations | We advise that you are not allowed to move your plate once installed by our technician, as you are not insured to do so and it would need to be reset |
